- OMMIS specializes in the processing of high-performance tool steels, providing tailored material and machining solutions for demanding applications.
- CSM has developed extensive expertise in stainless steel plate processing and cutting, serving customers across Europe through a network equipped with more than thirty cutting machines using plasma, laser, waterjet and sawing technologies.
- Kontur has established itself as a specialist in tool steel processing, offering services ranging from saw cutting to fully machined mould frames.
- Industeel Dunkirk provides additional capabilities in beveling, cutting and forming, strategically located near the major transport routes of Northern Europe.
Together, these capabilities have enabled Industeel to evolve from a steel producer into a solutions provider, delivering not only premium materials but also the processing, expertise and support required to help customers bring projects to life.
Supporting the Energy Transition
Industeel has been actively supporting the global decarbonization efforts.
All of the company's plate mills operate through the electric arc furnace route, using recycled steel scrap as the primary raw material. In recent years, renewable energy initiatives, including the deployment of solar installations at several sites, have further contributed to reducing the company's environmental footprint.
Industeel has also embraced ArcelorMittal's XCarb® initiative, supporting the development of lower-carbon steel solutions and contributing to the Group's broader climate commitments.
These efforts culminated in the achievement of ResponsibleSteel™ certification, recognizing Industeel's commitment to responsible steel production and sustainable business practices.
